钱铁云，博士，教授，博导，现任CCF数据库专委会专委、CCF中文信息技术专委会专委、以及中文信息学会社会媒体处理专委会专委。

研究方向为Web挖掘、自然语言处理，在ACL、EMNLP、CIKM、WWWJ、INS等一流国际会议和期刊上发表论文30余篇。

担任的社会服务工作包括：
1)  主席：CCIR2017和SMP2017出版主席，CCKS2017赞助主席，DASFAA2015海报主席，CCKS2016出版主席，WAIM2011出版主席。
2)  期刊审稿人：担任TWEB、WWWJ、INS，《中国科学》、《计算机学报》等国内外重要学术期刊审稿人。
3) PC Member： World Wide Web（CCF A类会议），CIKM（CCF B类会议）, COLING(CCF B类会议)，以及连续多届WISE, APWeb, WAIM等CCF C类国际重要学术会议的程序委员。
