丁立新,武汉大学软件工程国家重点实验室教授、博士生导师,湖北省杰出青年人才基金获得者。武汉大学计算机软件与理论专业博士,海军工程大学兵器科学与技术博士后科研流动站博士后。中国计算机学会会员,ACM(Association for Computing Machinery)会员,IEEE_CIS(Computational Intelligence Society)技术委员会委员。从事智能计算、智能信息处理、机器学习等领域的研究工作,主持承担863高技术计划项目、国家自然科学项目、省市科技项目等10余项,发表论文80余篇,其中60余篇论文被SCI/EI等索引。City University of Hong Kong(香港城市大学)、The Australian National University(澳大利亚国立大学)、The University of Texas at Dallas(德州大学)、University of Essex(埃塞克斯大学)等院校高级访问学者。中国科学(信息版)、计算机学报、Information Processing Letter、IEEE Trans. on System, Man & Cybernetics(Part B)、IEEE Trans. on Evolutionary Computation、Artificial Intelligence等国内外权威刊物的审稿专家,CIS、ISICA、ICNC、ICIC、IWACI等国际会议的程序委员会委员或Special Session Chair。
主讲博士研究生课程“高级智能计算”和硕士研究生课程“并行计算”。
曾主持国家自然科学基金(60204001;60975050)、国家教育部博士点基金(20070486081)、湖北省青年杰出人才基金(2005ABB017)、湖北省自然科学基金以及武汉市青年科技辰光计划等课题。
